Can I host multiple domains?

Sure, you are able to host as many domain as you like on your account without any additional charges. Each domain name can have its own content or all domains can be set to serve the same site - you have full flexibility and control! You only need one account for all your needs.

Is it possible to disable PHP Safemode?

Yes, you are able to disable safemode directly via the control panel. Many scripts require safemode to be disabled (set to off) to work correctly. You are able to use such scripts with Servage by disabling safemode for your account.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes! Should you be unhappy with our service for any reason, we offer an unconditional 5-day money back guarantee. This makes new customers feel a lot safer - you can try out our hosting package without any risk.

How is your support?

How do I know if 750 GB is enough space for my website?

Quite simple - 750 GB is plenty of space (the same as 750000 MB). We host thousands of websites and 99% of them use well under 750 GB. The average website uses less than 50 GB disk space.

How do I pay?

It is very easy. We accept five payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Moneybookers, Bank Transfers CashU (in selected countries) and Cash. We recommend using Credit Card, PayPal or Moneybookers as payment method. When you sign up for our service you will be asked to chose your preferred payment method.

How often should I pay?

If you choose PayPal or Credit Card as payment method you are able to choose quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly billing. If you wish to pay by bank transfer one year of pre-payment is required, this is because of high costs involved in bank transfers.

Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely not! Everything is included in the price shown on our website, unlike most other companies your domain (including yearly renewal fee) is included in the low monthly price.

Can I host adult content?

Yes. At Servage.net we believe in freedom of speech and do not censor customer content in any way. We do however not allow illegal content on our servers - no exceptions.

Do I own domains registered through Servage.net?

Yes, we do not lock domain names. You have full control of your domain name as you are the legal owner.

How many domain names can I host on my Servage.net account?

You are able to host unlimited domains on your account without any additional costs. This is very unique as most other hosting firms charge large fees for just a few extra add-on domains.

How can you offer so much for so low prices?

It is really a numbers game. Because our clusters uses extreme amounts of data transfer and disk space we are able to negotiate very advantageous contracts with our subcontractors - we then pass these savings on to you!

What happens if I go over the bandwidth/transfer limit?

Should you go over your transfer limit (unlikely) we will take your site offline for the rest of that period (unless an agreement is made). We never charge heavy overage fees as many other hosting companies do - with Servage your costs are fixed!

Which control panel do you offer?

Because of our large clustered systems standard commercial available control panels is not an option for us. Such panels only work with smaller hosts using a single server, and not large fault tolerant systems like ours. As stability and uptime is important to us, we developed our own customized control panel. This panel is widely known to be one of the best in the industry.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account any time you like. Simply submit a support ticket in control panel stating that you would like the account cancelled. We appreciate if you include information why you are canceling your account - but it is not a requirement.

We believe that the Servage control panel is the fastest, most feature-rich control panel available today.

As a fully integrated part of our environment it is the perfect gateway to the many features included with our package. Developed entirely in-house we have been able to include many exciting features that you will not find anywhere else!

E-Mail Management

You can create and manage email accounts directly from our control panel. When you need to create a new account or forwarder simply login to panel and create one! With our control panel you can use email with all domain names on your account

Optional Antispam System

Our team is fighting a hard battle to protect you against spam. Our free optional spam filters can be controlled directly and gives you access to some advanced features. Should our filter catch and email that was not spam you are able to look it up and have it delivered - mails are never lost (we know importance of emails).

Autoinstaller

Want to have an advanced CMS, E-Commerce or Discussion Board on your site but do not want to install it manually? No problem, just select the script from our list and our autoinstaller will install it for you in less than two minutes. You are of cause able to edit the source afterwards or install your own scripts manually if you prefer.

FTP Management

Manage your FTP accounts easily via the control panel. You are able to create as many FTP accounts as you like. FTP accounts can even be locked to certain folder or domain names so that access can be restricted.

Full featured Filemanager

You have full control over all your files online via the filemanager. It allows you to change file permissions, upload files, make symlinks, delete, edit, move, rename, unzip, untar, create files and much more.

WebDrive

This feature enables you to mount your hosting account as a drive (e.g. S:) on your local PC. With Webdrive you can take full advantage of the high amount disk space included in your account. You are no longer limited to hosting only your website and email but can also use your account as external storage!

Full DNS Control

You are able to control all your DNS settings such as SPF, MX, A, and CNAME records directly from your control panel (wildcards are supported). Even though you might not need DNS control today it is likely that it will come in handy at a later time.

Integrated Accounting

Accounting is an integrated part of the control panel. This enables you to pay your bills directly online and via when the next bill is due. You have full control of your costs and are even able to print your invoices online!

Extensive Help Center

We want you to take full advantage of all the features included in our package. Therefore we have created a very extensive help center and integrated it with our control panel. The center is indexed and fully searchable. Our friendly support team is also standing by 24/7 to help you with any issues you might have.

The above is just a small sample of functions in our great control panel. Our development team is continuously working to improve the control panel. In fact we are adding new features on a weekly basis.

We only use the highest quality network equipment vendors such as Cisco and HP. All networking equipment is in redundant setups ensuring maximum reliability.

Most web hosting providers are small and do not have the required experience or capital to deliver top service and performance. Often they rent one or two servers and run their services from there. Such service is simply not good enough for demanding websites and definitely not something that we would recommend.

The Super-Node structure means that your webpage is not located on a single server, but instead on multiple servers in our cluster. As addition to common uploading methods such as FTP and HTTP we also offer the Servage Webdrive. This feature enables you to mount your hosting account as a drive (e.g. S:) on your local PC.

In many cases it is inconvenient to use a normal FTP client when creating scripts or websites as each change must be manually uploaded.
